Shipping & Delivery
Shipping & Packing: One of our big “pet peeves” are placing orders for items we believe are in stock to then find out they were not, and items take days or even weeks to make their way onto a delivery truck. Griffin Motorsports is dedicated to inventory transparency, and keeping our products packaged and ready to ship with 24 hours or less of your order being placed. Note, we currently use FedEx only for shipping. If this is an issue for you, please email us and let us know so we can work out another option for you.
Shipping Policies: Although we ship out fast, we know that shipping provides move slow, so please be patient. Our process includes sharing your tracking number on all order fulfillment emails. If you do not see your tracking info, please let us know. After that, we suggest you check directly with the carrier for package updates because we have found Squarespace is often behind to update shipping status. Note; we always ship with signatures required. This is protection for both of us against theft. We know it can be a hassle to arrange when things get busy, but trust me… it’s better to meet the FedEx guy or gal for a signature than it is to see some dork running away with your package on your doorbell camera.
Returns & Refunds
Return Policy: We understand sh*t happens, and sometimes we change our minds, or the wife sees the credit card bill, and things go sideways. For that reason, we accept returns on ALL un-opened boxes within 10 days of purchase with a 15% restocking fee. Buyer pays shipping. We do not accept return for parts that have been installed, or boxes that have been opened.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed (minus a 15% restocking fee) to your original payment method. It might take a few days—good things come to those who wait, even in the world of refunds. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we messed up.
